Sunday Evening Post

The week in Pictures.

My son went to the Aquarium in Camden, NJ and accidentally walked into the great white shark tank.

A canine dressed as Laura Ingles from "Little House on the Prairie."

Finley wearing her pants gansta' style-
I think one pant leg up means that she's holding.

My mother-in-law caught a photo of the Discovery on its last trek before ending up on display.

My wife got to use the emergency red phone!
Unfortunately, it was at J. Crew, and it was so she could buy a pair of pants, but still!
The red phone!

A young man learns to tie his shoes
(or velcro them)
and accessorize to boot.

Born with a silver spoon in her mouth.
(or recyclable plastic - same thing).

The motif at the Eatonville restaurant in D.C.
Good Cajun eats.

Lavender Lemonade.

Sisters.

We caught Trampled by Turtles in D.C.
The sign out front should have read
"No one under the age of 21 and over the age of 30 allowed."

My wife bought a stash of chocolate and hid it around the house so I can not find it.  Good thinking.

First visit to the symphony.  Looks like it was a success.

My son served cotton candy at the local Earth Day event.  How it ended up in his hair is anyone's guess.

My sister-in-law sent us a grand view from Colorado.  Turns out those things in the back ground are called "mountains."
Go figure.

Good deeds.
A nice guy bought a round of free pastries for my wife and her yoga friends.

You know, when Sunday rolls around, the last thing I want to do is cook dinner, so we went ahead and invited a personal chef to prepare the meal.
(Actually, someone gifted the service to us, and it was wonderful).

Art from Eatonville ends the week.
Looks like they are dancing.

See you next week.

  1. Oh how I wish I could have seen the last flight of Discovery. Mountains, I knew I was missing something when I retired to Delaware. I love Delaware but I do miss the hills of Pennsylvania. I hear there is a hill (or two) up near Greenville, Delaware.
