Sunday Evening Post

The week in photos.
Short like a haiku.
Hurricanes and Halloween.

It is the little things that show you care.
Exhibit A.

Exhibit B.

Everyone pitched in to help out with the fantasy trail for toddlers at Loblolly Farms.

Hanging around in the cornfields.

Salt n' Pepa's here!
(Sorry, but sometimes it is just too easy).

Hurricane Sandy is on her way, Delaware is taking a direct hit, and the Weather Channel has the audacity to incorrectly place Rehoboth Beach in North Carolina.

Remnants of the pre-hurricane chili soiree.
(Note the guest's vehicle in the background bugging out).

Picture from the local paper of the flooding that has begun thanks to the storm.  I am certain that one day this Trooper will look back and laugh at this photo.
But today will not be that day.

Sunday dessert before getting thrown in the oven - banana chocolate chip bread.

Everyone have a safe Halloween and watch out for the old razor-blade-in-the-apple trick.

See you next week.

  1. I would love to know the story behind that submerged police vehicle. I guess with this weather trick or treat time is out this year.

  2. Stay Safe, Ron. I hope all is well down near Rehoboth.
