Sunday Evening Post

According to our nation's finest statisticians, this is the 400th post of
L and I.
In celebration, we decided to show the week in pics.

A few weeks back, my allergist asked me if I was jaundiced.  I had to explain that my yellow pallor comes from consuming too much pumpkin.
She told me to stop eating it for awhile.
I took a hiatus, but it is time to once again unleash the beta carotene.

My wife and I completed a kick-arse ab challenge that finished up this week.  Our pantry dry eraser board documented the event.
I posted that I finished it.
She posted:
"Me too, Bitch."
That is what I love about her.
She never lets me sit on a pedestal for too long before knocking me off.

Safe and secure in the new abode.
It still has that new house smell.

My son's new hobby is oragami.

This was a major downer when it popped up while listening to Christmas songs.
Clicked the "thumbs down" toot sweet.

Hard to believe that this…

…turned to these.  My son and I made anpans, Japanese buns with chocolate and peanut butter inside.  Learn like we did, thanks to runnyrunny999.

Here is a glam shot of the Buddha Baby.

Good looks must be a pretty neat thing to have.

Holiday swag for my wife courtesy of fellow yogis.

My Mom lost both of her dogs in a matter of weeks.  Now they are memorialized with solar lights in the wild flower garden where they were placed to rest.

Pulled pork sammich with baked beans, lunch fare for my Son in Easton, MD after a day of Christmas shopping.  Great time had by all.

The spare bedroom was converted into a getaway room, for talk and quiet introspection.
It is now everyone's favorite.

The giant jumping spider that was found in the bag of green grapes from the grocery store.
I thought that only happened with bananas.

See you next week.

    1. Thanks, Michelle. My wife said I was so orange a few weeks back that I looked like an Oompa Loompa.
