Sunday Evening Post

Pictures from the week.
Snappy.

Very lady-like, Frita.
We had her all week long.  Fun, but tiring.

My wife received a mammogram and got these nipple covers for free.
Why would they call them "Soft 'n stretchy?"
They should be named "Only Use Once."

E graduated from pre-school where he obtained an award for creativity, friendship, and hard work, the triumvirate of human endeavors.

It's weird how fast they grow up.
Sort of like a time machine.
I bet her mother wishes she could travel back in time to the moments before F pulled the fire alarm in the hair salon. True story.

Really good squid in Baltimore at Birroteca.

Brecknock Park nature trail.  If you look closely, you can see Swamp Thing.

My wife dug up this old high school photo and it got me into trouble when I couldn't pick her out.
In my defense, that is a lot of Jersey hair going on.

The tip jar where everybody loses.

E's Baby shower.

The final product of a friend's car after she was rear-ended by a texting driver.
(Please do not try to read this blog while driving).

My son is going through the
wear-a-fedora-with-a-playing-card-in-it-with-an-Elvis-T-shirt-and-make-testicle-jokes-in-public phase.

He baked these cookies for his teachers as a thank-you before summer break.  Each one is stuffed with an Oreo.  I had one and they are really good, but I contracted diabetes from it.

Do they think it might help to deliver tragic news when it is coupled with a cow in flowing locks?  What is the logic behind it?

See you next week.

  1. Eclectic posting this week, more so than usual. Just thinking about those cookies almost put me into a sugar coma. And time does go fast. Just this week I discovered a passel of old photo albums I haven't seen in 40 years. There are photos of me, as an adult. In my thirties. Where did that time go? Time does fly, especially when you're having fun and you and your family are definitely gavin fun. Always an uplifting post. Thank you.

    1. Thanks, Ron. I just got caught up on a bunch of your posts and had to laugh when I read about your passport adventure. My family and I went through the same thing last week. What a scam those things are!
